Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders, with the exception of print-on-demand or personalized items, are processed within 5 business days.  Print-on-demand, personalized or custom-made items are processed within 9 business days.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery time
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

USA: Currently we ship only to the contiguous forty-eight states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington, DC. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or diplomatic locations.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking
When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Gilded Cart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.

Damages
Gilded Cart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim as you will need to provide evidence of damage before we are able to process a refund/exchange.

International Shipping Policy
Gilded Cart does not ship internationally at this time.
